B.Grimm Fitness : Equipment Training
B.Grimm organised “Equipment Training Day” activity for employees to test out fitness equipment in the new gym. The fully equipped gym includes both cardio and weight training equipments such as dumbbells, bar bells, treadmills, electric cycling, and a Body Composition Measurement Machine. B.Grimm values the health of its employees and hopes that the new gym will be the centre for those who love to exercise. The Body Mind Spirit Gym is located at the Whitehouse Building, first floor.
